The Margherita pizza I tried was an absolute standout—simple, but executed perfectly. The crust was thin and airy, with just the right amount of char to give it a smoky flavor without being bitter. It had that balance of crisp on the outside and chewy inside that makes you want to savor every bite.

The tomato sauce was fresh and light, slightly sweet with a hint of acidity that cut through the richness of the cheese. Speaking of cheese, the mozzarella was creamy and melted beautifully, stretching with every slice without being greasy. A few fresh basil leaves on top added a fragrant, herbal note that tied everything together.

What I loved most was how well-balanced the flavors were—nothing overpowered the other. It wasn’t overloaded with toppings, which let the quality of the ingredients shine. Every bite tasted clean, fresh, and satisfying, exactly what a Margherita should be.

This is quite a nice place. The food was delicious - we really liked the special ice creams and the fresh fish for the day (unfortunately, I don't remember the names). The staff is really friendly. We didn't try the pool, but it's looks nice and fancy. Definitely, it's a place to try when you are in Sozopoli...
