''Πέππας'' — Restaurant in Municipality of Nemea

What a wonderful taverna in a small town. This is a family restaurant and you could tell. This place had it all: good food, pictures of famous people who visited on the the walls, old men making rude comments because they don't know you speak a little Greek, and even a family dog. This place had the best pork Souvlaki I've ever had and the prices were very low. They even brought out a little dessert at the end. I highly recommend this place if you are driving from Athens to the Peloponnese. They have a beautiful church and town square and the temple of Hercules...

Whatever i say about this restaurant and the taste of food is not enough to describe it… heavenly is the right word for it🤩🤍 amazing atmosphere, if you’re a food lover just go there, big portions with pure taste , lamb ribs with special taste, Greek salad with home made olives and pure olive oil, biiig biiig sausage just wow , don’t forget to try saganaki ( which is cooked cheese is oil ) amazing 🤩 i’m not easy person to say all this things so you...

We came here by accident because i was so hungry and tired of eating at testing points!

So i took the first road down and came to this very small town to this restaurant!

And I just can say - it was simply delicious!!!! I had tsatziki, bread, fried melanzani (you have to give that a try!) and chicken souflakic (sooo soft)!
