Our first time in this restaurant. The food was very typical for a restaurant in many of the smaller villages in Crete. Very traditional, but quite good. We were so many people, so they placed the tables and chairs at a place looking like the town square. The service was good and the the atmosphere was pleasant. We enjoyed ourselves. The prices in this kind of restaurant has not been raised much this year, if you compare with the more "touristy" places. The owner had just recently taken over this property. I would come back. One of the nicest places to eat. Lovely spacious square outside, family ran with care and love. Lots of vegan options and even the toilet was very clean. The woman working there was able to recite and explain the menu and when leaving and really cares about the food they make and serve. This is a very authentic experience and the prices are very reasonable so make sure you leave a few euros tip. The temperature was also a little cooler because of being further up, and there is lots of air circulation. Highly recommended...

When you don't go with expectations when you don't look for luxury and you find yourself in an intersection. And you get to live one of the unique experiences of your life.
