Agoni Grammi. — Restaurant in Municipality of Rafina - Pikermi

Good food and took care of us like family - Our train to Kalambaka was cancelled because of the previous days raining/flooding. We had to change plan and were heading to Naxos instead. We ended up at Rafina port at 09:45 for a 14:30 ferry from Athens to Naxos and found Agoni Grammi. What a lucky find! We were hungry and ate a lot. Unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures but all four dishes were good. This is a family owned business and our waitress and her siblings (waitress and waiters) couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. They treated us better than our family does 🤣. There was a few more occupied tables since it was really early. Our waitress proceeded to tell all the tables that since we’re here for the late SeaJets ferry, we can leave our luggage with them if we wish to walk around town or just go upstairs to have a nap if we wish. What a nice gesture. We left our luggage with them and walk around town for about 45 minute. We came back and order two more beers and were anxious about when to board the ferry. By this time, the restaurant was full of travelers waiting for the same ferry. Our waitress again told us not to worry about it. She will tell us when to board and don’t worry about ordering more food. We offered to go upstairs, but she told us to sit right where we were. We went there in view of the glowing reviews. To our surprise, all of these comments are fake. No fresh produce was available despite their presence on the menu, only frozen dishes. We were the only table, my dish arrived after 5 minutes of taking the order and my partner's 15 minutes later. Is it normal not to agree to serve the dishes at the same time? In addition, the server forgot half of the order (cheese starter) and worse, it was charged to our bill. I had to complain to demand a refund for the starter that was not received. I strongly advise against this establishment whose ratings are fake. For having been the only table, poor quality of meals and unqualified servers. When you only have one table to serve, you try to be available for the customers and not go on a cigarette break every 2 minutes. Now I'm not the type of person to leave a review no matter what the experience was but this, this was disgusting. Nothing against the staff except they all smoke like a chimney. No regard for the diners. Which brings me to the food. The food simply put was like cockroach excrement. If I had known better I would have rather starved myself than eat here. I would rather have taken a taxi back to Athens to eat .Calamari was so oily that the plate was doused in a puddle, I even spat it out because there was an ungodly crunch, moussaka dry as the Sahara I think even a tub of Vaseline couldn't repair and generally a horrendous dining experience. If I could I'd leave them with negative 2 stars for their food. The spaghetti was crunchy, how is that even possible? I would never come back and ensure no one else has the same experience. Worst meal I've had in Greece....
