We went here twice: the first time was great, the breakfast was huge and good value for money. If you are brave enough to order the American breakfast, be aware it's really, really big. Nothing for small stomachs!

The second visit wasn't great. I ordered a vegetarian Ciabatta and made a point to tell the waitress twice to bring the vegetarian ciabatta. She then brought me the meat ciabatta and wanted to argue with me they didn't have a meat-free ciabatta until I showed her on the menu, she seemed surprised as if she had seen it for the first time.

I think if you work somewhere, you should at the very least know the menu, not serve a vegetarian meat (this is the first time in my life this has ever happened to me!) and/or ask to make extra sure you got the...

I spent my last birthday here and it was an amazing and memorable experience! From the outside it didn't look like anything special, but once you go inside, it is so luxurious that you won't believe that the prices are so low. I bought many sweets and desserts and although I had unusual requests, the staff was very patient and helpful, and made everything come together perfectly!

It's in a high location overlooking the city, the outer walls are all glass and the view is amazing. The inside has a very modern and chic design, perfect for many occasions. Beautiful view, great food, friendly staff and good value. Stopped here for some lunch on one of our last days in Crete, and wished we'd visited sooner! I had the 'Extreme crispy club sandwich' which was tasty and filling. A few of us had milkshakes (ice cream is used, so you can pick any of the flavour ice creams they have). Last but not least the view over Rethymno is beautiful.
