Let’s start with the positive. Food was nice, authentic Greek food. The pita bread was fresh, properly seasoned. It was quite nice seeing local people having lunch. It is usually good indicator of quality/ price standards. Really heads up to the chef/ kitchen team. Now to the bad parts. We were served by the coldest service I have ever experienced. Not smiling, not caring, not even looking at us in the eyes. It is imperative for a good service, checking on the guests, making them feel comfortable and welcome. Nothing of the sort was accomplished or even tried to. We all have bad days, we still keep it together and offer the best we can give. Let me also say that by the time we were eating, the place was not even busy. There is not any excuse. I am quite sorry to say, that if you do not have energy or attitude towards good customer care, do not come to work, or maybe consider a different profession. It really ruined our experience. Not...

Had great expectations as I’ve been there years ago with having perfect food and service. Unfortunately this time it was more like a disappointing dinner. Sunday evening and we were the only obviously not local ones. A while after seating the waiter showed off and took our orders. No friendly hello, more like an annoyed “I have to do it” - behavior. When the dishes arrived he was not even looking at us and left immediately back to the other tables. No words, no real contact or connection. That happened several times so we decided to skip dessert and more drinks to leave this place. He just hosted our table when we called for him.

Sad after what I’ve experienced the first times I’ve visited this place… After all I’ve to say the food was still good but we’re not going back especially for this restaurant like we’ve done...
