This is a lovely family run restaurant, managed by a charming couple. There are about 10–12 tables scattered around the garden, all shaded by trees, which creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The service strikes a perfect balance, very professional but also warm and friendly. You really feel welcome. We came here twice for lunch. The first time, it was quite busy and we barely found a table for two. The second time, we arrived around 3 PM on a Saturday and the place was much quieter, with just a few other customers. The restaurant is located right by the sea, just a bit past the exit from Chora. We started with a simple but well-seasoned Greek salad, made with a great balance of fresh veggies and a generous portion of excellent feta cheese. We also enjoyed their tzatziki and the shrimp saganaki, which was absolutely delicious. On our first visit, we shared a large sea bream (about 800g), and the second time we had a 750g dorada. Both were grilled to perfection. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable . undoubtedly, this is one of the best fish restaurants we've been to...

The place had a bit of a desolate feel to it and the food was just okay. We had the eggplant salad (solid), fried potatoes (really should have been fried longer), fried anchovies (okay) and zucchini balls (did not seem to contain that much zucchini).
We expected more due to the good reviews and were a bit disappointed.
Also, just for information's sake: the shrimp spaghetti is only available as 2 servings, we were told that it is not possible to cook...
Read moreA tavern worth visiting, if you're in the area. Good food here. We had the pilaf mussels and it was very delicious. So was the grilled dorada fish. You also can't go wrong with any of their saganakis. We tried them all, be it shrimp, mussels or eggplant saganaki, they are all very delicious. Compared to other restaurants, we appreciated that they asked if we want bread. Other restaurants just put it on your table and charge you for it. Also, the water they offer you is not bottled but they don't charge you for it. Bathrooms are extremely small and not...
