I recently visited Taverna Iro with a group of friends and had a disappointing experience. Despite making a reservation, we waited for an hour and no one came to take our order. When we politely inquired about the delay, the owner was rude and dismissive, even going so far as to suggest that we shouldn't complain because we were on vacation. The poor treatment we received from the owner overshadowed any positive aspects of the restaurant and we decided to leave without ordering. I have visited this place twice. To be fair the fist time food was tasty and of good quality. However, when I visited again during a busy long weekend, the experience was rather poor and disappointing. After waiting an hour with no order taken we tried to express our disappointment and the owner was rather rude and aggressive. We ended up leaving the place without eating. Not going to visit again after that. There are many places with nice food around the area and manners too.
