This place is below average when it comes to food and service. We had a wedding here and they catered the food. The owner agreed to not open on the day of the wedding, but when we arrived he was taking customers and had them sit throughout the ceremony. They were taking pictures and smoking throughout the service. When someone went to address the situation with the owner, he was very disrespectful, cursing and carrying on like he didn’t care. Then he had the nerve to charge $5 more per person despite the disgustingly cold, dry stale potatoes and tasteless veal. Not to mention they served fish by itself without any side dish. The food was so disgusting that practically all the plates went back with most of the food. On top of all that the servers weren’t even dressed professionally for a wedding. I scheduled a wedding party for my daughter’s wedding with this restaurant October 29 at 15:00. The owner Yiannis gave me one price originally and assured me that the restaurant will be without any other customers. At the day of the wedding there were other customers there which stayed until 15:45 they were smoking and when we approached Yiannis to ask them to stop smoking he acted very arrogant and disrespectful. The food also came out half cooked, cold and dry. At the end he even charged 5€ more per plate than the price we had discussed. When we asked for a receipt, his wife refused to give one because that’s what many Greeks do steal taxes from the government. Was staying at an air bnb next door and this place always looked busy and had great reviews so we thought it must be good. However service wasn’t very attentive (kept us waiting for water and cutlery) food was OK. I don’t eat meat so maybe the meat dishes are better but honestly the salads we ordered for the table was very underwhelming( one was covered in salad cream , and the Greek salad had hardly any feta) and I always think that’s a tell tale sign of a not so great restaurant.
