This beach bar is the first one you encounter as you drive west from the downtown of Kiato. Our family usually prefers to visit this beach bar for several reasons. The staff is kind and multilingual. They offer a fairly expansive menu for a beach bar; you will not be stuck with only "toast" or club sandwich as your food options, which means you can spend even longer at this spot and everyone will be satisfied. They make good coffee all day. There are a couple of other beach bars in Kiato that are similar to Sorbetto, but the amenity that sets them apart for our family is the lockbox available at each umbrella; the lockbox allows our entire family to go into the water at the same time instead of leaving one person behind to watch our things. If you visit during the busy times, reserve an umbrella ahead of time or get there early - if you forget to do this, you will stop have the option to sit at their outdoor restaurant seating which is...

We asked for two orange juices and one of the workers (seemed like the manager) asked another colleague to make them and she spoke in Greek and said something along the lines of I’m about to do something here, can’t you see’… she stormed off and ended up making our AVERGAGE orange/messy juices.. so disappointed with her behaviour and we felt like and absolute burden to the fact that we ask for a service that the shop is meant to provide!! Very unprofessional and she placed both juices on the bench with no eye contact and with such anger and negative body language, as if it was our fault she had to make these juices… 🤦🏼‍♀️ unbelievable, won’t be going back. Very disappointed with the service. I had made an advance reservation for beach loungers with a confirmed booking from 12:00. I had planned my entire day at the beach, but just before arriving I received a message that all loungers were occupied. This is unacceptable - if a reservation is confirmed, it should be honored. The administrator’s work was done unprofessionally. This experience ruined my entire day at the beach. I expected better service...
