The place is exotic. It is very nice. The beach is very nice and the sand is not fine-grained to stick at one's feet. Regarding the restaurant, being the only restaurant in this particular beach, it is an advantage. Being a regular visitor of the area, the last five years, something was different this year. There was no service at the beach at the umbrellas and comfy chairs, when we visited. We were ok with this, but we would like to be more properly informed about it, for example having a sign at the entrance that stated "self-service". This would have been very helpful. Otherwise, it looks very disappointing. When asked about the change, the reason they gave was that they are low on staff and there were many operating costs that had to be included this year. The very next day, however, that we revisited the place, more staff was present, which was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise. The staff though was not helpful and was bearly kind, or focused, as if something else was on their minds, which was also a first for this place and also disappointing. Moreover, when we visited the site in the late afternoon, around 20:00, the comfy chairs at the beach were not closed, chained or packaged as in other establishments that state that they are closed, or as the near one that has its comfy chairs locked and sideways, indicating that it is closed. Just a note here, the nearby establishment is a camping. This ine though, we consider it opened and that we can use the comdy chairs as well. So, we settled down, we prepared the kids for playing either on the sand or in the sea and when we were about to order, that is to say, I was about to go upstairs and place an order, a member of the staff came down to inform us that we cannot use the comfy chairs. Another note here, this was during the time when self service was still place, allegedly. I must admit, this was very confusing for me as a costumer and disappointing. I do hope that this will not continue for the rest of the season and next year the establishment will be more properly prepared and with an improved management. The food was good by the way and the...

You pay €10 for two sunbeds and an umbrella for the whole day, which is clearly stated. However, when we went for lunch with the kids during the hottest part of the day (37°C!), the owner removed our towels without any reason, and when we came back, he started arguing and making up excuses about why that was "not okay."
If I pay for something for the whole day, I expect it to be valid the whole day – without harassment or insulting the guests. Especially when you’re with small children and need to go for lunch.
To be fair, the food in this taverna isn’t bad, but it’s 15–20% more expensive than in nearby places.
The owner’s behavior is unacceptable, disrespectful to guests, and completely unprofessional. A paid service was taken away without reason, and his tone was offensive.
Advice: avoid this place. There are many beaches nearby with friendlier staff who understand what “all day”...
Read moreI've been visiting this beach and the bar for a few days now. The beach is extremely friendly, clean and peaceful. However, I can't say anything good about the bar. The prices are very high, and the service is disgusting. The waiters are young boys who don't feel like working at all. They're too lazy to breathe. You call them, they don't come. You order them something, they don't bring it to you. They lie about the prices. On the beach, the prices are one, at the bar they're different. They don't give receipts. They just discuss the customers with the other waiters. They turn you away when you want to pay by card... Extremely bad service, I don't recommend this establishment...
