Porto fino beach bar — Restaurant in Municipality of South Kynouria

Came to this beach with family. Difficulty parking so after walking awhile the rest of family chose nearest beach seats (not this place). Shortly my 4year old needed the toilet with urgency of a toddler. Nearest toilet was this place. Found the toilet and which point I noticed sign saying customers only. Unfortunately it was using these toilets or my daughter urinating on there path so I used the toilet. The owner who is too unfit to walk had jumped on the scooter and met us once we exited to give me a very uncomfortable lecture about using the toilets. Told me to use my head and think next time when choosing our beach lounges. I have been travelling in Greece for over 3 weeks with a young family and this is first time I felt uncomfortable to add to it he followed us in his scooter as we walked out. Porto fino beach bar is the top beach bar in the region of North Kynouria. A beautiful place to chill and have a few drinks combined with salads (please try the tuna or kinoa salad), fresh cocktails (the frozen daiquiri and margarita strawberry are 🥳) and tasty music. Reasonable prices as well as an extensive food menu. The beach is beautiful along with clear blue sea, the staff is always smiley, kind and helpful. The area has a beautiful sightseeing, i.e. the “lovers cave”, where you can dive from and enjoy the crystal blue waters or other water sports like SUP. What is more: do not forget to ask Triantafyllos, one of the kindest and most funny guys working there. He’s very thoughtful of each customer and offers the best quality services with his big smile. We loved  Porto Fino, because it has many options for drinks (refreshments and alcoholic ones) and limited food options (sandwiches, pasta salad, tsipouro platter selection, Greek salad, ice cream).

We loved the music and the quick and polite serving.

It is positive that the sunbeds were free of charge with a minimum consumption of 7euros.

Moreover, it is closer to the lovers’ cave and you can swim until there. Really sorry I do not have photos from inside the cave. I was so afraid that I will drop my phone to the sea from the canoe kayak and I didn’t take it with me.
