Taverne Tassos — Restaurant in Municipality of South Kynouria

This is a amazing restaurant!♡

▪︎First, the people are very friendly and kind.

▪︎Secondly, the food was very good they showed us the kitchen and you could see the fish was fresh and the kitchen was so clean. So we could see all the food and everything before we ordered something. There was also a lot to choose from. We had fish and meat and other dishes. Everything was home made and very good. They even made a drink made of a flower (sorry forgot the name of it) and gave it as a suprise with the cake.

▪︎And lastly it was not very exspensive, quality and price are in balance I think.

We stayed in the nearby camping and came to Taverne Tassos four times during our stay. We tried a lot of different plates and overall really loved the cuisine there. There is a wide choice of veggies, pies, pasticcio, cheese balls, dips, seafood and meat. It is healthy but very tasty food. The cook is a very nice and warm host, and she gladly shows you what's on the menu directly from the kitchen, so you can have a better idea. The servings are generous and the price...

We randomly stopped by on our way from Nafplio to Monemvasia and it was the best decision we could have done! The chef took us into the kitchen and showed us all of the different dishes they offered. More than half of the options were vegetarian!! In two people, we had four different meals, we almost couldn’t finish it, but we managed because it was so delicious!
