I had high expectations of this tavern being in a traditional village, however I am disappointed. The goat (katsikaki ) with potatoes was so much fatty and certainly not local however well cooked and the potatoes too. The worst was this zucchini-cheese pie (kolokithopita) The phyllo dough was not handmade. It gave me heartburn, and I could feel the oil on the roof of my mouth all day. I couldn’t sleep because of it.
I had the expectation everything to be cooked traditionally and hand made but not.
The owners are bit lazy and you see it on the way they serve the people.
My bad to have high expectations for something traditional and hand-made,just another touristic ordinary tavern-not for Greek standards, good for tourists only!

Great for vegetarians and omnivores alike Taverna Volax is another example of Great Greek...
