Oh dear l am bucking the trend

I have been visiting Greece for over 30 years and l love the place dearly

Greek food takes some stick from the west for being dull and unimaginative but that it total nonsense - some of the finest food l have tasted worldwide was in Greece

So l have to record my disappointment with this place

The setting is awesome looking straight out to sea and sunset was spectacular

Sadly the food was average with much of it deep fried - which isn't a norm in backwoods Greece

I was so impressed with the quality that l fed some of it to a local stray dog as it was hungry

I had some truly great meals on this trip to Greece for far less - this wasn't one of them

Πήγαμε μεσημέρι. Το φαγητό δεν ήταν κακό, αντιθέτως ήταν καλομαγειρεμενο, αλλά οι μερίδες ήταν μικρές, πολύ μικρές. Και δυστυχώς οι τιμές υψηλές. Και κάπως έτσι δεν χορτάσαμε και πληρώσαμε και αρκετά. Το βασικότερο όμως πρόβλημα ήταν ο σερβιτόρος ο οποίος κινούνταν σε ιδιαιτέρως πολύ αργούς ρυθμούς, τόσο που χρειάστηκε να πάω η ίδια 2 φορές μέσα στο μαγαζι μπας και πάρει μπροστά. Και σημειωτέον, ειμασταν το πολύ 5 τραπέζια εκείνη την ώρα. Κρίμα γιατί η τοποθεσία είναι ωραία. Αλλά δυστυχώς δεν...
