Hello to the team, for several years now we have been coming to eat with you 2-3 times during our holidays. You have a beautiful garden and your dishes have won us over. Now for my criticism of our last visit. Generally speaking, I don't need excessive attention, but when you notice that when you make a recommendation you are only told what isn't available today and three minutes later you find out what the next table is offering as extras, it is quite strange... 1. the food is placed in front of you and then no one reacts or asks if you want anything else... 3. To pay, I simply went to the front, where no one could even remember where I was sitting. (There were only three tables when we arrived.) It's a shame, but the feeling of indifference remains. Any one of these things can happen, but all of them together is really sobering. A real shame.

A magical place, situated in the sleepy village of Spilia, just outside Kyparissia. A beautiful garden restaurant, with amazing food, super friendly staff, and friendly laid back atmosphere. This unique place is worth a detour, or even a dedicated drive, to experience a genuine modern Hellenic taverna/restaurant. Make sure to book table on busy nights, as this place can quickly be fully booked. We visit Elitsa every time we're in the area, and every time have had amazing foods, great service in this most special "taverna". Prices are good. Looking forward to see you next...

Σαν χώρος είναι το κάτι άλλο, σίγουρα από τα πιο ωραία μαγαζιά που έχω δει! Το μαγαζί ανήκει στην “γκουρμέ” κατηγορία (μια κατηγορία που δυστυχώς κάνει την εμφάνιση της όλο και πιο συχνά στην Ελληνική επαρχία) με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται… Δηλ. Όμορφα πιάτα, σερβίτσια κλπ. Τσιμπημένες τιμές, μικρές μερίδες χωρίς κάποιο ιδιαίτερο λόγο. Ότι κυρίως πιάτο δοκίμασα δεν ήταν κάτι το ιδιαίτερο (μπιφτέκι, κοτόπουλο, κεφτέδες), η δε σαλάτα του (αγγουροντομάτα) κακή για μαγαζί της επαρχίας. Εξαίρεση ήταν μερικοί πολύ ωραίοι μεζέδες όπως τα μανιτάρια πλευρώτους και τα μαυρομάτικα φασόλια με πιπεριές τριών χρωμάτων, τα οποία κ´ συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Το μέσο κόστος για κυρίως πιάτο , σαλάτα, ποτά , κ μερικούς μεζέδες είναι γύρω στα 30-40€ το άτομο, κόστος που φυσικά δεν δικαιολογεί η ποιότητα του φαγητού. Όλα τα παραπάνω που ανέφερα φυσικά είναι προσωπικές μου εκτιμήσεις κ´ σίγουρα υπάρχει κόσμος που δεν τις ενστερνίζεται, το χειροτερο όμως είναι η πολιτική του μαγαζιού στις χρεώσεις, την τελευταία φορά που έκατσα για φαγητό, παραγγείλαμε μεταξύ άλλων δυο ταλιατέλες με αυγά τηγανητά κ παστό (ή κάτι παρόμοιο σύγκλινο, απάκι) εκ των οποίων η μια ήταν χωρίς το κρέας (δηλ. μόνο με αυγά) η χρέωση στον λογαριασμό ήταν 8,50€ ΕΚΑΣΤΟΣ!!!
