Nicht zu empfehlen! Achtung abzocke! Wir haben Standart Essen bekommen. Der Chef ist einer der unfreundlichsten und unsympathischsten Menschen den ich in ganz Griechenland gesehen habe. Zum Schluss sollten wir für Brot 4€ zahlen. Zusätzlich stand noch eine weitere Sache mit 2€ auf der Rechnung. Als wir fragten was das ist, wurde der Chef gefragt was sie machen sollen. Dann kam der Kellner zurück und stotterte etwas von Olivenöl Steuer. Das ist angeblich ein neues Gesetz in Griechenland. Ich fragte den Kellner warum sie uns betrügen wollen, darauf hin ging er mit der Rechnung weg und meinte das dies ein Versehen sei. Hier wird ganz klar versucht zu betrügen. Sie hoffen das man ein dummer Tourist ist und das man diese verarschen kann. Kann nur ganz dringend von dem Restaurant abraten... Vorsicht!

Not recommendable! Attention rip-off! We got standard food. The boss is one of the most unfriendly and unsympathetic people I have seen in Greece. Finally, we should pay € 4 for bread. In addition, there was another thing with 2 € on the bill. When we asked what that is, the boss was asked what to do. Then the waiter came back and stuttered a bit of olive oil tax. Δεν συνιστάται! Προσοχή! Έχουμε πρότυπο φαγητό. Το αφεντικό είναι ένας από τους πιο εχθρικούς και αδιάφορους ανθρώπους που έχω δει στην Ελλάδα. Τέλος, πρέπει να πληρώσουμε 4 ευρώ για το ψωμί. Επιπλέον, υπήρχε ένα άλλο πράγμα με 2 € στο λογαριασμό. Όταν ρωτήσαμε τι είναι αυτό, το αφεντικό ρωτήθηκε τι να κάνει. Στη συνέχεια, ο σερβιτόρος επέστρεψε και πήρε ένα κομμάτι από φόρο ελαιολάδου. Πρόκειται για νέο νόμο στην Ελλάδα. Ζήτησα από τον σερβιτόρο γιατί θέλουν να μας εξαπατήσουν, τότε πήγε μακριά με το νομοσχέδιο και είπε ότι αυτό ήταν ένα ατύχημα. Εδώ είναι σαφώς προσπαθεί να εξαπατήσει. Ελπίζουν ότι είστε ένας ηλίθιος τουρίστας και ότι μπορείτε να τους ξεγελάσετε. Μπορεί μόνο να συμβουλεύει ενάντια στο εστιατόριο...

I visited Skala Skimias 12 years ago and stayed there. I had spent a quiet week in a small hotel and dined at this beachside restaurant every day of that week.

I had become quite close with the owner, Vangelis.

This year, I had the chance to visit again.

To be honest, even though we arrived around 6 PM, we were told the kitchen was closed. Five minutes later, they said, "Oh no, it's not closed." :) The waiter was quite inexperienced and not very familiar with the menu—although he was genuinely well-meaning.

Although its price was a bit higher than the surrounding places, it was really bad in terms of quality. There were ants crawling around on the table, the staff ignored you and were even very sullen.
