RUDENESS & GREED at its Finest!!! If being spoken to abusively and getting robbed at the same time is your thing then this is the place for you. You may not make it past the parking attendant who will shout at you aggressively with so much attitude for mistakenly parking in a space rather than opting to leave it blocking the entrance because he wants to park it (there’s also no sign saying please leave car here it looks like any beach car park), but if you make it past him don’t worry there’s another chance to be spoken to horrendously when you enter the club. We called ahead and they said ‘no beds available but come, we have cancellations on the day’ What they meant was ‘we will ignore you then treat you like we’re disgusted you even showed up but don’t worry that’s for free. We won’t overcharge you for a mediocre experience or meal until you purchase something’ so we made our way out immediately and realised to not take it personally as they treated everyone the same and the parking attendant was shouting at new victims telling them ‘you probably won’t get in and if you stay here 15 minutes I want 10 euros!’ It looked like all arriving agreed he was Disgusting.

We can only assume one or all of the following to be true.

Either the owner company has grown so big so fast they are not training their staff in what service is acceptable in this type of establishment.

The general manager has no handle or power over the staff or doesn’t care.

Or everyone there hates their job and don’t care about the success of the efforts of the investors.

Either way believe all the TripAdvisor reviews. Skip it. There are plenty of amazing places on the island with hard working polite people who care about your experience. I know, I’ve come here for 30 years and watched it boom. This is not one of those places. This experience will possibly ruin your day or holiday so...

This place could have been a good beach club, but their philosophy of welcoming guests and their “house policy” definitely need to be reconsidered.

We arrived around 1:00 pm and wanted to settle on sunbeds. We were told that everything was fully booked for the moment, so we suggested waiting on some beanbags (all of them free at that time) while ordering food and drinks, until sunbeds became available.

That’s when the hostess told us she would have to charge us EUR 20 per beanbag, in addition to EUR 50 for the sunbeds, meaning EUR 110 in total – because, as she repeated, “it’s the house policy.”

The alternative was to sit at a restaurant table, away from the beach, while waiting... (again all the beanbags being free at that time).

We asked about the logic behind such an unwelcoming and uncommercial approach, but the only answer we received was again “it’s the house policy.” We therefore sat on the small and rather uncomfortable beanbags (especially compared to what you find in other beach clubs) and ended up staying just for lunch, which came to EUR 125. The club sandwich and fries were quite disappointing.

Between the staff’s attitude, their absurd policy, and the food quality which is far from exceptional, we strongly recommend that you give this place a miss!

Go instead to Cabana Beach Bar or Monastiri Beach Bar if you want good service and to spend your...

I express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. Today June 22,2024, I visited Faragas Beach Club and paid 60 euros for a sun bed, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable day by the beach. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the music being played at the venue. The issue was not the volume of the music, but rather the poor equalization and excessive bass, which was so overwhelming that it caused my sun bed to vibrate and jump. This not only disrupted my relaxation but also created a highly uncomfortable environment. I approached the staff and requested better equalization of the music, but my request was ignored. I then asked to speak with a responsible manager or staff member, but no one showed up to address my concern. Instead, I was told to wait for another hour before the volume would be stepped down. This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering the premium price I paid for the sun bed. As a customer, I expected a much higher standard of service and responsiveness to reasonable requests. I urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure that future guests do not have to endure the same discomfort. Improving the equalization of your music and training your staff to handle customer complaints more effectively would significantly enhance the overall experience at...

Faragas Beach, located on the south side of Paros, is a secluded spot with a luxurious atmosphere and excellent amenities. Even on windy days, thanks to its location, the beach remains calm and protected. The sea is stunning, crystal-clear turquoise waters with a sandy bottom, making it a joy to swim and relax. We visited twice during our stay in Paros, and both experiences were wonderful. On our first day, our waiter Effie was extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling, creating such a warm atmosphere with her great sense of humor. On the second day, there was a small misunderstanding at the reception, but the manager stepped in immediately, handled the situation very professionally, and placed us exactly where we wanted to be. That day, our waiter Chris took amazing care of us, welcoming, accommodating, and always checking in with a genuinely positive attitude. Everything we ordered arrived on time, and we really felt he went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Faragas Beach combines natural beauty with a professional, well-organized team that delivers excellent service. Of course, it’s not the cheapest option, but the quality and experience make it absolutely worth it. A must-visit when in Paros!
