Àtmos Patmos — Restaurant in Patmos Municipality

A sandy beach with sparking clear water and lined with beach chairs and umbrellas. No one was there when we arrived and the manager asked our guide how many people we were. When she replied 13, he said, „Two days ago you told me 8, yesterday you told me 12, and now it’s 13…“ His annoyance was obvious and he sat us at the far end of their area. He stated that there was service, but they weren’t ready to start yet and implied we should just sit down and shut up.

The lounge beds were luxurious and built of a solid wood frame. Arrange in perfect rows and with wooden decked foot paths, moving the loungers around was not possible. So, each couple got one bed in the sun, while the other person got shade.

The water was cold, but crystal clear and a smooth as glass. A gentle slope let one wade quite far, all the time seeing the fish and occasional shells. But, perfect for bare feet

A lady came around for service and I was able to get a beer, though my „free drink“ coupon provided by SeaCloud only applied to water, coffee, and soda. So, the coupons were wasted.

The place invited relaxation, but the beach is public and many children were there and our assigned spots abutted the public area where the families on the wider public area were sitting - a snooze was impossible and even noise cancelling earbuds didn’t accomplish much. Me and my girlfriend Selin went consequently for our whole stay in Patmos.

We were astonished. No beach club in Mykonos etc compares. Its hard to find a genuine GOOD beach club that ticks all the boxes.

Its local- but upbeat and modern. Patmos needs a place like this.

The service is insane- the waiters are the most attentive waiters ive ever experienced.

Beach beds are spacious. Sea is like silk. 30 euros for a set. Can swim all day.

Cold brew is heavenly. Fruit platter is somehow one of the best things ive put in my mouth. The dipps are so fresh. Amazing Mastika alcohol called AIXNA. Truffle burger is SO good.

Best truffle pizza ive had in my life. They put so much effort into their food. Best ingrediants so local.

The beach clubs next to Atmos are not nice.

I hope it doesnt get ruined and keeps up this standard.

An employee-operated business with no soul nor heart. It feels cramped and cold despite the heat.

Despite the proposition of an all-day café it is more a place to eat and leave than a place to go to hang-out all day.

The mini burgers were excellent but the fries were horrid. The quinoa salad was tasty.

At the peak of the summer, the modern stone floors store the heat and the generous umbrellas block the breeze. The place heats up even when the temperature is not warm.

Despite its unique location this could be anywhere in the world. It appears to cater to a crowd that wants to order staff around for a tip. The decorative art work enforces that feeling.
