I recently dined at Kanavia, and I must say it was an exceptional culinary experience. From the moment we sat down, we were treated to a delightful array of flavors that made our meal memorable.
The highlight for me was the Tzatziki—it was simply delicious! The balance of garlic, salt, and lemon created a refreshing dip that was hard to resist. It was the perfect accompaniment to our meal.
The grilled mushrooms were another standout dish. Cooked to perfection, they had a wonderful char that enhanced their natural flavors, thanks to the charcoal barbecue. Each bite was bursting with smokiness that made it truly enjoyable.
We also had a salad that was incredibly fresh and flavorful. It was so well-seasoned that we didn't even feel the need to add salt—always a sign of great quality ingredients and skillful preparation.
The grilled chicken was succulent, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the rice was cooked just right—fluffy and fragrant. Everything complemented each other beautifully, creating a harmonious dining experience.
Overall, Kanavia exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail and dedication to quality. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious, authentic cuisine. I can’t...

This is magical ! The restaurant opens at one pm and we were there ten minutes after opening . Glad we were there so early as it filled up
The view is breathtaking!! This is like being In the alps but in Greece
Food we chose to eat vegetarian, even though the menu is highly beautifully crafted with unique meat dishes
We got xorta , kanavia salad with honey and nuts , baked feta and fasolada ( bean soup ) ! Everything that we had was outstanding and a nice break from the days of lamb .
The setting and location are breathtaking and the service is very attentive! I will be back next time I am in the region.

Read moreWhat a gargantuan feast! Every plate a treat! We not only enjoyed the delectable kotsi in sweet savory sauce that melted in the mouth but the vegetable plates.... The mushrooms with olive oil garlic and Fleur de sel were out of this world (do not exaggerate with the lemon they don't need it). The fried zucchini combined with galotiri (feta with yogurt) what a treat. The surprising combination of skordalia (a kind of Greek alioli) with broccoli and beetroots in real olive oil there are no words for it (I am no vegan but with these I could be convinced). The owner was kind, helpful and made us feel at home. Hope to return soon for this price we can...
