Absolute Gem: Don't Miss This Family Restaurant! This place is incredible! We came here based on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The food was, hands down, the best we've had on the entire island. We tried several dishes and everything was a winner - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of love into their creations. The service was just as amazing. The family that runs the restaurant is so friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu. And let's not forget the beer! It was perfectly chilled, just what you need on a hot island day. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant that deserves all the praise. If you're looking for a delicious, authentic, and family-friendly dining experience, this is the place to go!

We loved it here! We sat in the cool shade of their patio for lunch. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Which is always surprising since it’s so close to the most touristic beach on the island. My two friends both had the Kefalonia Meat Pie, and they agreed that it was freshly made and tasty. I’m a vegetarian so I had the spaghetti with tomato sauce. We shared a Greek salad and the vegetables were juicy and tasty, and the feta cheese was fresh. We shared the fried courgette, and they were so good. The batter puffed up in the cooking / fryer so they were light and delicious. Excellent service. I can highly recommend if you are driving through town or heading down to Myrtos Beach. Free and easy street parking nearby. Oh - and they gave us mini ice creams as a free dessert. Nice way to end the meal.

Trash food. Poor quality meat with a lot of fat. Trash service. The wait staff took forever to come to us. There was only 3 tables and us. We ordered two beers and two waters and only got one each. I speak Greek and said it Greek. There was no confusion. We also ordered two gyro platters, with no onions. Both were full of onions. Again trash food and trash service. When the bill came they tried charging us for 3 waters and 3 beers, which we did not order. Restaurant was NOT busy so no reason to mess up a simple order. I do not recommend. Hands down the worst experience!

Absoltely amazing! The food, service and ambience is top tier. After a visit to the lovely Myrtos beach, this restaurant was more than a cherry on top, it was its own cake. Speaking of cake, even though the main course was large, there is always room for dessert, which we highly recommend. There was seven of us and we were greeted, seated and served very quickly, with a smile and dish recommendations as well. Also, there are plenty of parking spaces reserved for guests Images below: -Ekmek Kataifi (desert) -Grilled Seabass (mian course)

This is an example where google mislead human choice. These two taverns sit one in front of each other. Just because Myrthos tavern was open a little bit later in the past, got less reviews than Alexandros. We went to eat to both Taverns, and both a really good! price wise also contained compared to the rest of the tavern in the island. On my opinion Myrthos tavern is slightly better, because they put extra care to fill up the gap. I had the best “orata” grilled guilthead fish from the island. Highly recommend.

Mi son innamorato di questo ristorante! Il personale è gentilissimo e il ristorante molto tranquillo e rilassante. Son stato una settimana in vacanza e son andato varie volte perchè mi ha proprio colpito il posto. Antipasti: l'insalata greca è un classico, se non l'ordinate fate un gravissimo errore! È obbligo prenderla!!! C'è poi un piatto di formaggio feta grigliato ricoperto di miele! paradisiaco!!! ❤❤ I Dolmades o Dolmakia ( foglie di vite stufate ripiene di riso, non so se il nome è giusto in greco ma basta chiedergli) è un altro tipico piatto della loro cucina, particolari e molto saporiti, consigliatissimo per provare un sapore nuovo Io ho mangiato solo pesce, sia fresco che surgelato ( alcuni piatti son surgelati, se volete il pesce fresco dovete chiedergli cos'hanno al momento disponibile, di solito è orata, spigola, sardoni. Comunque il pesce è cucinato bene, molto saporito e gustoso. Hanno tanti piatti di carne se per caso volete mangiare una grigliatona " di terra" ( io sono matto pesce, di carne ho mangiato solo la torta di carne, la meat pie che fanno, molto mto buona, semplice e saporosa!!) Dolci, consiglio la torta di mandorle che è la morte sua a fine pasto! ❤ Il prezzo di tutto è locale, ovvero non hanno prezzi turistici ma prezzi giusti. In 7 giorni ci son andato a mangiare ben 5 volte, prossima volta che ritorno in vacanza io sarò li a mangiare sicuramente! 5 stelle solo perchè non se ne possono dare di più!❤❤❤
