Just 5 mins walk from our holiday villa, we were so fortunate to have this taverna on our doorstep. We are here practically every day over 2 weeks, if not for food then for a cold beer/wine. The food is excellent (we tried a LOT of the dishes and specials)- the seafood platter and spit roast being the highlights, the owners and team so friendly, and the free homemade orange cake after our meal was a great touch. To Petrino is a great spot close to the ferry in Kefalonia, making it easy to find. The food was fresh and delicious—especially the grilled octopus and moussaka. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and attentive.

Even though there’s no sunset view, the location is very convenient, and the quality of the food and service more than makes up for it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wonderful meal...
