Flocafe Espresso Room — Restaurant in Thermi Municipality

Was there on Wednesday 19th of October. Among other items, I asked if they had anything vegan (or nistisimo as some call it in Greece). The guy behind the register laughed at my request and said "I've never bothered to check or learn what the difference between vegetarian and vegan is"! He then proceeded on a little demented speech on how a vegan he knows is always hungry (which was completely uncalled for and frankly rude). Professionalism: Zero, and please make sure your employees keep their opinions to themselves and just do their job with no lecturing...

Unglaublich freches Personal!! Rude staff - please invest on customer service training as having good products is not enough - specially when these products come in an airport price tag!

What happened? We just dared to ask for cold water - colder than the one offered! They told us to go (back) to the other counter, the one we have originally been and then asked to go to the second one (aka ping pong) and then when we told them that we have been there already, they told us to go as they dont have colder water. Come on flocafe - u...

Dont buy from this shop. Everything is expensive. They just want your money. Αν και χρησιμοποιω συχνα το αεροδρόμιο δεν το ειχα επισκεφθει ποτε. Σημερα μετα την αφιξη μου στο αεροδρομιο εκανα το λαθος να παω να αγορασω ενα μπουκαλι Coca-Cola 500ml για take away. Και ο ταμιας μου λεει 3,80€ κ μου έδειξε και τον σχετικό καταλογο (τον οποιο δεν ειχα προσέξει) Για ενα απλο μπουκαλι Coca-Cola. Ενα μπουκαλι που στο σουπερ μαρκετ κοστιζει 0.80€ και στα περιπτερα απο 1.00€ ως 1.70€ μαξιμουμ (αναλογα το περίπτερο κ την περιοχη). ΤΙ ΑΚΡΙΒΏΣ ΠΟΥΛΑΤΕ; ΧΡΥΣΟ; Αλλα ετσι ειναι ο Ελληνας, το μονο που τον νοιαζει ειναι να τα αρπαξει...και ειδικπτερα απο τους τουριστες που δεν φταινε και σε τιποτα να...
