Castello — Restaurant in Volvi Municipality

The manager is a kind lady, but this is probably the last restaurant I'd go to in this area. The calamari was frozen or aged, and the uncooked, obviously tough, mussels tasted like frozen Lidl products, but the sauce was good. The Caesar salad was thin on ingredients. The best pizza I've tried so far in Vrasna, staff is amazing, very pleasant and welcoming, they speak serbian. The beach is awesome, there is a lot of sunbeds and everything is very clean. PAŽNJA LJUDI!!! Loše iskustvo sa " Castello sobama". Rezervisana soba na 6 noći, sa decom od 5 i 7 godina ,posle prve noći me obaveštavaju da moram da izađem pošto su oni napravili grešku i istu sobu rezervisati još nekome, navodno pre dva meseca...čini mi da da nije bilo greške već je interes u pitanju. Navodna rezervacija je na 15 dana i više novca za vlasnike. Meni su ponudili smeštaj u nekoj renoviranoj šupi, a koju hvale kako je dobra i nije na spratu i nemoramo da se mučimo oko penjanja, koja smrdi na kanalizaciju. Odbio sam istu a vlasnici se nisu potrudili da mi obezbede smrštaj već sam se sam snalazio da malom decom po najvećoj popodnevnoj vrućini. Totalno NEprofesionalno...džaba "dobro" radi pekara kad su sa sobama a i u odnosu sa mušterijama odnosi takvi. Nezamislivo ponašanje, prvenstveno, zbog dece.
