Sunset agalas — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

We spent nearly all afternoon here up until sunset, we made a reservation, we were not rushed, strongly reccoment making a reservation for the sunset area where the heart is, but make sure your prepared to take photos for other people and see alot of others taking photos, I honestly cannot fault it, the service was fantastic from all involved, the food was delicious and massively portion, and it was just perfect, the photos were fabulous and one of the best spots we found whilst on holiday. There is another sunset bar down the road but this bar doesn't require a minimum spend per person, which is fabulous as you dont have to spend alot to enjoy the perfect atmosphere and sunset...

The whole surrounding area got burned because of the big fire of August 12. It’s a devastating sight of what was once so beautiful. The owners just started up again and we had some drinks and had a nice chat. It was heartbreaking to hear so many people lost their income and property.

Go and visit here! Despite the burned surroundings, it’s still such a beautiful place to relax and watch all the beauty around you, especially around sunset! The owners are very nice people and they deserve your support in these difficult times.

The food was okay, nothing really special but the atmosphere there was perfect. I recommend calling them directly for a reservation or text them via instagram/sms.

The sunset is one of the most beautiful i have ever seen because you can see the sea aswell from there and not just some hill like few other places.
