Το Κουτούκι των αγγέλων «ο Φώτης» — Restaurant in Ziros Municipality

Visited the restaurant for lunch after reading the gods critics. The restaurant is in Petra, an indifferent village I would hardly visit otherwise. The restaurant is cute (in contrast with the village) but we visited it in a very busy Saturday and thus it was full of people and noisy, since it is small (It was January and only the tables inside were available). The menu was a real surprise , I would never expect to find Black Angus or burgers in such a small village!

On the good side, everything we ordered (salads, burgers, chicken souvlaki, pork steak, chicken fillet) was tasty, nicely presented, in good quantities and prices were good too .

On the bad side, it took more than an hour for the main dishes to be served, obviously because the place was full and all the people arrived more or less at the same time making it hard for the kitchen to catch up with the orders, since most of the dishes are prepared on order and not pre-made. Thankfully salads and appetizers came fast.

In a few words , a cute restaurant worth visiting if you are somewhere around, with unexpectedly good food. In a - not so busy day - I suppose the service and atmosphere will be also better - as the other reviews suggest and I have no reasons to doubt. Το Κουτούκι των Αγγέλων “Ο Φώτης” – Μια γαστρονομική εμπειρία υψηλού επιπέδου

Το Κουτούκι των Αγγέλων “Ο Φώτης” αποτελεί έναν προορισμό για όσους εκτιμούν το ποιοτικό κρέας και την άψογη παρασκευή του. Επισκεφθήκαμε το εστιατόριο και δοκιμάσαμε το βουβάλι και την προβατίνα, δύο επιλογές που ξεχώρισαν για τη γεύση και την εκτέλεσή τους.

Το βουβάλι σερβιρίστηκε άριστα ψημένο στο medium, διατηρώντας τη ζουμερότητά του και την έντονη, αυθεντική του γεύση. Η τρυφερότητα και η υφή του αναδείκνυαν την ποιότητα του κρέατος, ενώ η ελαφριά καπνιστή επίγευση ολοκλήρωνε το γευστικό αποτέλεσμα.

Η προβατίνα ήταν εξίσου απολαυστική, με σωστή ισορροπία στη λιπαρότητα και εξαιρετικό ψήσιμο, που της επέτρεπε να παραμένει τρυφερή και γεμάτη γεύση. Τα παϊδάκια της ήταν τραγανά εξωτερικά και μαλακά εσωτερικά, αφήνοντας μια ευχάριστη, πλούσια επίγευση.

Το περιβάλλον του εστιατορίου είναι φιλόξενο και ζεστό, ενώ η εξυπηρέτηση επαγγελματική και προσεγμένη. Οι μερίδες είναι γενναιόδωρες, οι πρώτες ύλες κορυφαίας ποιότητας και η σχέση τιμής-απόδοσης εξαιρετική.

Το Κουτούκι των Αγγέλων “Ο Φώτης” αποτελεί μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για τους λάτρεις του καλού κρέατος και της παραδοσιακής ελληνικής γεύσης. Μια εμπειρία που αξίζει...

Na das war herrlich und unerwartet. Das Familien- Restaurant liegt nahe des Dorfplatzes in dem kleinen Dörfchen Petra, zwischen Preveza und Arta, und hat ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Es ist ein echt griechisches Dörfchen und sieht wahrscheinlich nur sehr wenige Touristen. Wir lieben dieses authentische Erlebnis. Direkt neben dem Restaurant war ein Storchennest mit 2 Störchen!

Die freundliche Besitzerin Xarula (X in GR ist Ch in D) scheint jeden beim Namen zu kennnen, und Neulinge wie uns fühlen sich schnell herzlich willkommen. Das Essen war köstlich, und wir haben sehr viel probiert :) Insbesondere der Büffel-Steak-Spieß war wahnsinnig lecker.

Das Essen war köstlich, die Portionen großzügig, der weiße Hauswein sehr lecker und eiskalt, und die Kinder hatten griechische Limondaden, die sehr lecker waren. Die Rechnung war äußerst moderat wenn man bedenkt wie ausführlich wir geschmaust und getrunken haben, inklusive dem exklusiven Büffel -Spieß. Aber der war auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Für den alleine würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen.
