Tims place is amazing, first off it is only accessible from the water, so anchor in the cove or if your on carriacou call ahead and he will have a small boat pick you up where the road and beach are close together. I believe he also can get you a taxi if you are on the other side of the island, ( one stop shop for the best dinner you will have ) Once you are there its a quite sand beach with calm water to relax in. Get your favorite cocktail at the bar and wonder down the beach to work on your tan. Then for the best part, the food. We were here for dinner but i believe they serve lunch as well. Im not sure if its required but highly recommend calling ahead to let them know how many you’ll have so they can make sure to have the right amount of food, for the best experience possible. We happened to be there on a lobster night. Grilled lobster, grilled fish( type of snapper cant remember the name) pork ribs, bbq chicken , twice baked potatoes, sweet plantains and tossed salad. Those were not choices but that was served to each guest. Im a big boy and needed a left over box. Dinner was 120 EC per person ,drinks were 15-20 EC each. We had 2 meals, 3 drinks and the plywood boat shuttle from town at a cost of $55 US per person. For hands down the best meal i have eaten in the 19 weeks we have spent in the Caribbean. Bonus for us, Tims 6 year old daughter was there to give us the lay of the land when we first arrived. And let as play dominos with her while we waited for dinner time.

I don’t know where to start. Tim went above and beyond to take care of me. As a solo traveler, Tim arranged for my pick up at the airport where I whisked away on a short tour of the beautiful island. From there the driver took me to Paradise beach for a short boat ride over to Sandy Island. What a lovely experience of a white sand beach and pristine turquoise water. One of the best uninhabited islands in the Caribbean. Visiting Sandy Island is a must. Soon, I was on another short boat ride to see Tim at Anse La Roche beach. I was immediately welcomed by his staff. Drinks at the bar are expertly made to perfection. I stopped at the Grill to chat with Tim for a few before having lunch. His big bright smile is endearing and warm. I felt his passion for grilling and catering to his guests. Once seated at a picnic like table, my spread of curry lambi, grilled lobster/potato, rice and salad were put before me. A feast fitting for a king. Everything tasted incredibly well and unbelievably priced. Totally worth it. It was now time to ferry back to the other side of the island where Tim’s driver took me to the airport for my 18 minutes flight to Grenada. In summary, Tim created an experience for me that was both memorable and unforgettable. Whenever you’re in Carriacou, please visit Tim.

I’d like to start off by saying one word. WOW! My wife and I booked a lunch here on December 27, 2024. Tim had a boat come pick us up in Hillsborough. It was just the two of us and Johnny(the man driving the boat). We enjoyed a private 10 minute boat ride from Hillsborough to Anse Le Roche. When we arrived, we noticed we had the whole beach and restaurant to ourselves. Tim and met us up in his restaurant and asked us when we wanted lunch served. We were free to swim, snorkel and explore around as he prepared lunch. We ended up snorkeling for about an hour out near the big rocks in the bay. When we were done snorkeling, a huge lunch was brought to the table for us to enjoy. We had salad, fried plantains, grilled fish, barbecue chicken drumsticks, seasoned rice, garlic potatoes and two giant lobsters. All of the food was incredible and we are going back again before we leave the island. I highly recommend booking a meal at Tims!
