Chef Nicola is World Class and should be listed in Michelin. Everything is made fresh and and cooked to perfection. I have travelled the World and this is one of the best meals I have ever had; partly due to Guatamala having very fresh food, but the other half is the attention to detail the Chef paid to preparing all the dishes. If you are a foreigner, you will love it here; the Cobanese are spoiled with good food, but you will find that Chef Nicola knows his way around the kitchen and knows the right amount of salt and sugar to put into everything. In addition, he has an exceptional sense of timing. Those are the requirements for an excellent Chef.
