Chef Nicola is World Class and should be listed in Michelin. Everything is made fresh and and cooked to perfection. I have travelled the World and this is one of the best meals I have ever had; partly due to Guatamala having very fresh food, but the other half is the attention to detail the Chef paid to preparing all the dishes. If you are a foreigner, you will love it here; the Cobanese are spoiled with good food, but you will find that Chef Nicola knows his way around the kitchen and knows the right amount of salt and sugar to put into everything. In addition, he has an exceptional sense of timing. Those are the requirements for an excellent Chef. The food, plates, and silverware were all very clean and there were no insects or animals present. It has a Hawaiian Luau vibe to it and you cant help but to feel relaxed. Food is 10/10 the chef truly knows italian food. But the restaurant is in dire need of administrative leadership. Service is slow, orders are mixed up, servers dont talk to one another. The amazing food is messed up by the experience. You need to hire a Server Captain!! We waited 20min to get the check. 2 of our orders were incorrect, but I just ate it because they take so long.
