I had The Mcchiken combo, the chicken very oily, left half of it, , the fries ok, the sprite, small cup, the coffee very expensive their large size is smaller than the medium in Canada, coffee quality "ok", they do not offer cream for the coffee, and the service again, Just ok, i gave change " one Quetzal in coins to complete the 39 Q but the cashier she did not how to add them up, she came up short,go figure. i find Mc D just an average place to eat, please do not expect quality food at any fast food restaurant, even in the US or Canada, it is the same everywhere but one thing about the free wifi is fast and stable. A decaído enorme mente la esencia de MACDORNALS tanto en servicio que realmente deja mucho que desear, hablo específicamente de este restaurante en jardines zona 5. La presentación del personal da realmente lastima desde gerencia hasta el empleado regular, sin embargo a ellos se les comprende por la labor que realizan tanto en cocina, barra y salón. Pero es lamentable que gerencia siendo los que den ejemplo a seguir, no tengan un espejo para poder arreglarse, un maquillaje que parece que estuvieran en un circo. Sin gracia y colores que no les va las señoritas. Deberían darles curso de presentación y maquillaje 🤦 Referente a la limpieza, deberían pasar revisión tanto en sanitarios como el resto del restaurante. La presentación de la comida, a perdido el toque. Es comprenden momentos de alta demanda, pero es imperdonable en horarios de baja demanda. Papas aguadas y frías.
