My entire family of 7 got sick from eating here. We were out for two full days. The service was excellent and the food was good so I hate to speak badly of this place but I wouldn't want anyone else to get sick. My mother had ate at a Lai Lai before and she had not gotten sick and she was craving it so we went. Within three hours some of us started feeling badly and that night we were in and out of the bathroom with vomiting and diarrhea. Falta de atención a alergia alimentaria en pedido por teléfono

Escribo para expresar mi profunda decepción con la falta de empatía y protocolo en el manejo de alergias durante nuestra última visita. Soy cliente recurrente, y tras esta experiencia, dudo en volver.

El [día de la visita], realizamos un pedido por teléfono y, al confirmar la orden, mencioné explícitamente que somos alérgicos al chile pimiento. Sin embargo, al recibir la comida, uno de los platillos lo contenía. Al reclamar, la respuesta fue que "no podían hacer nada" porque no lo habíamos especificado al momento de ordenar (¡a pesar de que sí lo hicimos!). Peor aún, nadie se molestó en ofrecer una solución, como reemplazar el plato o verificar alternativas.

No es un tema de costo —es de seguridad y respeto al cliente—. Un establecimiento serio debe: Anotar las alergias al tomar la orden Confirmar con la cocina que no haya riesgos. Ofrecer alternativas si hay errores, no excusas.

¿De qué sirve mencionar una alergia si no la toman en cuenta? Es triste, porque con un mínimo de atención (por ejemplo, preguntar: "¿Desea modificar el otro plato sin chile pimiento?"), hubieran salvado nuestra...
