The service was horrible the food was uncooked and when we complained they took the tip off the bill. Not fair for the workers. Management is horrible. Don’t come to this place you will spend money for nothing. The lobster is fake they make two or three of one lobster and the excuse is they all come stuffed with shrimp. Previously visited the El Rancho location, this is a newer and bigger facility, food was good, place is super clean and staff very courteous and eager to assist in all your needs, manager stopped by and asked about the service, we mentioned how hard was to find entrance, he replied it won't be long before a new entrance will...

En primer lugar el lugar es muy bonito, muy fresco a pesar de estar en la costa, todo el lugar las instalaciones merecen un 100, ahora pasemos a la comida !!! Como sabrán es comida Del Mar !!! Mariscos buenos frescos, pero me sorprendió que también, tienen cortes de carne muy buenos, lo que disfrute ese día fueron sus ceviches muy buenos, buenísimos yo tuve que compartir el mío porque son enormes aún así me llene y ojo que soy de buen diente, para que lo tengan presente, los precios muy buenos bastante asequibles, y ahora paso a lo que no me gusto !!!! Me llevo un amigo que ya había ido por que la verdad es un revoltijo la entrada no está señalizado si hubiera ido solo me paso de largo a pesar de ver la estructura del rancho que sobre sale, y que si llega mucha gente, hay que buscar y esperar a parquearse, pero son indicativos de buenos lugares, les dejo las fotos de lo que disfrutamos !!!
