Ente Restaurant — Restaurant in Sololá

This may be the best casual dining restaurant I've tried in Guatemala, even after close to a dozen trips to the country. It's run by an amazing young couple who clearly have a passion for food and mixology. It's only been open for about two months and they are still making improvements to the dining area and the exterior, but it was still an excellent experience. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

The food was absolutely amazing, perhaps the best pizza I've ever had. The cocktails were equally delicious. Prices were reasonable, and the location is unrivaled. Stop by on a clear day and experience breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding volcanos while sipping drinks from the rooftop balcony.

Ente restaurant was extremely good!! Pizza was amazing, we got a Chorizo pizza with a traditional Guatemalan sauce that tasted like a sweet and smokey tomato sauce. Drinks where also good but the best part is the view, sadly we took too long staring at the volcanos to get a good pic before clouds rolled in. Great place to see the lake, we ordered drinks -all natural- some smoothies and took a lot of photos - great views, the hammock is great-. When eating I saw they had Chicken with Jocom -which is a traditional food- and that was the only disappointment -it didn't seem like chicken with jocom to me, even didn't have rice- but I was hungry so I ate it, the taste mmmhhh don't know is just chicken with a green sauce!
