The Last Post - Randalls — Restaurant in St Andrew

Booked lunch here at 14:00 hrs. The 71 Bus from town stops right outside. Some work going on outside the but the restaurant is very good clean airy and light. There is seating outside. Good choices on the menu reasonably priced and good portion sizes. I had the Scallops and my other half had the Smash Burger and a side of homemade Hash Browns. The food is well presented and very tasty. My only comment is the croquette the came with the scallops was quite small. And was lost on the dish maybe add a few more of make it slightly larger. Arrived for lunch on a Saturday at 1pm. Other than the 4 locals propping up the bar and the very unhappy looking family in the restaurant the place was empty, no staff in sight, but very loud shouting coming from behind a staff door.
