Arrived on time but other people that arrived later were served before us. We had to go back a second time to get menus as service of lunch was coming to an end. Once that was sorted everything fell into place and we had a great time nice and relaxed very sedate pace. Menu has a good choice at reasonable prices and portion are quite large. I was expecting the fish pie to come in a dish but this was a present surprise. Food well presented and very hot and great taste. We have not been here before but will come back. It was a nice cycle ride up to Saltwater from Vason through the lanes.

Came here for afternoon tea, service was lovely and staff were amazing but i have to be honest and say that it wasn't at good as the OGH afternoon tea in terms of food. The scone and cream were ok but i personally wasn't blown away im comparison. It's not too say the cakes weren't nice but just not amazing in my opinion for £22.50. Location is beautiful and I've had great tennerfest food there last year(2020) but not been this year.

What an amazing surprise. We were just driving around and thought we would see if we could get food on a Sunday lunchtime and despite them being fully booked they managed to squeeze 2 of us in. Everything about the place was 5*. Scallops to start, mussels and roast beef. Tye portion sizes were huge but the quality of the food was outstanding. Great services from everyone and to top it off the sun was shining in April.

Ate here yesterday lunchtime and it was fantastic. Came back at 7.30 on Saturday evening. Arrived at the bar at 19.35. We were told (although we didn't book) it would be no problem. After we were kept waiting at the bar for 15 minutes. We were then told they were not accepting anymore bookings, even though there were free tables. The manager wasn't prepared to come out and explain why, and in my opinion they kept us waiting 15 mins just so that at 19.50 their refusal of service could be justified as the last sitting is 20.00. Really poor experience. I guess business is so good they don't need...

Really great service.

Food is very high quality. Definitely has "fancy dinner" prestige. Something to consider is that it is a fish-heavy menu (being next to the ocean and being fresh caught), but there is still enough for people that don't fancy fish.

Atmosphere is nice. Sat by the window or out on the deck for the harbour views with a great view of the the other islands. It's also gives a nice alternative to the typical castle-Herm-Sark views that Guernsey...
