At approximately 14:33 hrs, I called and ordered a 3-piece combo. The operator informed me that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Due to heavy traffic, I arrived at 15:20 hrs. However, no one was at the counter to cash, and a few staff members were outside 'gyaffing' while listening to me call out inside. I asked them for assistance, but they all ignored me. Even though the customer service might be great, the problem is that you can place your order, go home, bathe, sleep and still they won't be ready with order. And I don't know if it's me alone that had this other problem but 1 time I had placed an order over the phone and had to wait over an hour for the delivery.
