KFC Movie Towne — Restaurant in City of Georgetown

KFC in Guyana is so much better than KFC in the US. It's just unfortunate that they have employees that downgrade their business/ratings. I placed a large order with a few family members placing additional orders after me, and the experience was so disappointing. Once orders were packed , we were waiting to pick up, Ann/ Anna ( the person serving the orders) gave us our order. I asked for some utensils and some condiments, she ignored us and went to call the next customer's order. I waited for a bit and then asked if I could get some utensils and condiments, seeing that I ordered the family meal. She said " you can't just order whatever you want here" I mentioned to her I order a family meal and she didn't finished with me before she filled the next order and that was not okay since I asked as she provided the order. She was then rude and stared arguing with me at the counter. I said, " There's no need to be rude, I'm just trying to get the essential items to complete the order, but you ignored me and went to the next customer. I understand you're busy, but that's not okay. " She went back and forth with me until the person at the register told her to stop arguing with the customer. Then someone pulled her to the back, she came back to address our needs, and we left.

My sister went to the same KFC to get food before leaving Guyana ( a week after), and the staff are just so rude for no reason. Another family member ordered just after her as well as it's just ridiculous the staff being rude for no reason. If you don't want to work in customer service, then find another job, but there is no reason to be rude, especially when it comes to serving food and working in hospitality. A change is needed in customer service if Guyana will propel for the best, especially in new tourism for our developing country. Please do better for our country and incoming developments...

The chicken at this branch is actually worse than ever other one. The spicy chicken for sure has no spices.

The drive-through line is quote slow on a normal day and they usually serve WALK in customers at the DRIVE through which really slows it up. This is made worse when there is already a long line of cars and the staff choose to allow persons to walk up to the counter and order as opposed to going into the building and...

One of the worst customer service you can experience. The food is good, but the menu selection is limited, adding to this they rarely have anything available from the menu besides fried chicken. They should update their to only show spicy friend chicken. They rarely have wings, popcorn chicken, sandwiches or wraps.

They hold back on the condiments. The expect you to eat 3 pieces of chicken with 1 packet of condiment....
