KFC Vreed-en-Hoop — Restaurant in Essequibo Islands

This was the KFC at Vreed-en-hoop. I generally love KFC and so far none of the locations except the Mandela branch has been a disappointment.

The food is always fresh to me, I guess that's due to the constant business they enjoy. I mean KFC everywhere is always packed, especially on weekends. That's the only reason I cannot give them a 5 thought. It appears the staff ratio always seems off during peak times when there are a large number of people. So things move along very slowly at that point.

However, generally the service reps are usually on point except that Mandela Branch, they need a whitewash and do-over of their people. Those ladies have more attitude than a Western feminist rally.

But all-in-all KFC always delivers on food. That spicy chicken does not...

Tight drive throug not even close to the problem. Horrible customer service. BIG PROBLEM! Ordered a 9 piece chicken. After getting to the window decided that's too small I should get the 15 piece instead. Asked the agent if I can change the order and just add the few more pieces. she said "NO.
