Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Roatán

First visit, but only open a week, so time should improve most categories I'm hoping.

I pre-ordered a pizza for pickup at 430pm. I think they put it together at about 430 when we got there.

It's almost as good as the USA version, but again, it could change. It's still a good pizza with good ingredients.

Something to keep in mind when ordering. If comparing to USA locations, the small, medium, large, and xtra large wound be personal, small, medium, and large.

Also, depending on where you live, delivery might not be able to find you yet in the online ordering.

Pizza is good taste wise but for it being an American joint they don't do a good job understanding and fulfilling your order. I am not from here so they tried to tell me they cannot do custom pizza when I only asked for 2 toppings and overcharged me for the sauces because they acted like it doesn't come with. Just gives a bad name to papa John's and beware of "surprises", such as plastic, in the pizza. Waited for a year and it's sad to see how they treat people who aren't local just because I don't understand but seeming as it is American fast food they should probably learn a bit...

Pizza was good, wings could have been good but were cold and undercooked. The woerst part was that we waited for about 30 minutes for the pizza and wings, what I expected with the amount of people in the restaurant but the fact that we had to wait more than 30 minutes longer AFTER we ate the pizza to get our cinnamon buns was rediculous.
