Chimichanga Mexican-American kitchen — Restaurant in Budakeszi járás

Dear Chimichanga Restaurant,

On May 23, 2025, we had dinner at your location in the Premier Outlet Center. While we were generally satisfied with the food and the atmosphere, we were surprised and disappointed to see a 15% mandatory service charge added to the bill — despite the fact that no table service was provided, and we ordered directly at the counter.

In my view, applying a compulsory service charge in such cases is unjustified, and guests should reasonably expect to have the freedom to decide whether and how much to tip, especially when service is minimal.

I respectfully ask you to consider whether this practice truly aligns with customer satisfaction standards and the intended spirit of the current regulations regarding service charges.

At first glance, a beautiful and interesting restaurant in the Premier Outlet near Budapest. And that is all that is positive. The food in the restaurant is long overdue, and the quality is very poor in the sense that it has the most rice, and minimal meat and other ingredients. In addition, the prices are very high and inappropriate for this type of restaurant and the quality of the food they serve. Be sure, there are better...

A Chimichanga egy alapvetően jó ötletből fakadó hely lenne...De..ott az a fránya ''De". .

Ha már ott hagyok több,mint 9000Ft-ot egy "étterembe"legalább boldogan jöjjek ki,hogy,"de finomat ettem."

Ez az élmény sajnos elmaradt. Nachosos burgert kértünk a férjemmel, mindketten csalódtunk.Nem volt semmi íze a szendvicseknek. A Hús nyers,száraz és ízetlen volt.A sajtszósz szintén. .Az egyetlen kis pinduri ízt a szendvics tetejébe szórt jalapeno adta..A saláta fonnyadt volt. Indokolatlan drágák az üditőik is. Egy Cola 850.- (a reptéren is megteheted 700ft-ért..) ;) Valami saját féle üditőjük 1290.- :/ Mindenki a saját ízvilága és péztárcája alapján dönt,hogy jó-e. Szerintünk nem.

Mi pont az a páros vagyunk, aki ha gondol egyet felkocsikázik Pannonhalmára csak úgy,hogy igyon egy kávét meg egyen egy sütit,ha úgy tartja kedve. ;) És még így is erős túlzásnak tartom, hogy 2 száraz, ízetlen burgerért egy kis adag sült krumpliért és egy Coláért elkértek 10 000Ft-ot...

Egy jó tanács,ha ha hamburgert akarnál enni náluk, javaslom inkább a tőlük nem olyan messze levő burger kinget, ahol ketten kijöttök kb 6000Ft-ból és biztos ,hogy még finomabbat is...
