Pizza Hut Budapest Veres Péter — Restaurant in Budapest

It is ok. Strange thing is for the same pizza I payed 3 times different amount.

My latest experience is the worst of all. When we arrived 3 people were complaining already… not a good start. So I ordered 2 meet lover pizzas with garlic cheese filled crust for both and no sausage on one of them. Payed and was told need to wait 25 minutes (longer then usually, but guess it was really busy for them). So when the pizza was ready I checked it. The one without sausage was also without the garlic cheese filled crust… we told the cashier about the problem, he kindly offered to make us another one. By the time the 2nd pizza was ready the 1st one got a bit cold but I could live with that. So the 2nd pizza was with cheese filled crust but also with sausage. Tried to be a kind guest didn’t complaint the 2nd time, just picked up my order and left with lukewarm and a hot pizza. At home was the 3rd surprise waiting… from the 2 garlic cheese crusts none contained garlic. Going to skip this place for a long time. I don’t want to get on the cashiers’s nerves by complaining 2nd or 3rd time. Told him once what I would like to order. Then again, but not going to do it 2nd or 3rd time. Especially not going to drive a few...

They are constantly getting our orders wrong. Today was the fifth time that we did not get the non-dairy pizza that we specifically asked for when we placed our order over the phone. The guy at the counter claims that the ticket he gets from the call center does not show that they need to leave off the cheese. Well, then you got a problem with your call center and the ordering system. They do replace the pizza that has cheese on it with one without it, but I got to wait 10 minutes for and in the meantime the rest of my order gets cold. This last time they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer any...

We knew the food wasn't going to be amazing (been to a Pizza Hut before) but the thing that bothered me most was the fact that they have a sitting area but no ways for you to clean your hands before eating. There are no restrooms, no running water and soap and no spray alcohol to at least disinfect your hands. How are you expected to eat the pizza with dirty hands? The best part was the service, we were greeted by this young man who spoke good English, was very friendly and polite and helped us...
