Csülök Sarok Pub — Restaurant in Győri járás

My mum was enthusiastic about this place, so let's give it a go. Parking is a bit of a mess; whoever designed the parking lot, they were trying to maximise the available spaces (or they expected patrons to turn up in Minis only). Plenty of seating both outdoors and inside; I loved the ambience and the decoration. Service was excellent. Food was almost perfect... Our soups were amazing (garlic / tarragon) and highly recommended; the pizza selection is impressive - these are of the thin Italian style and really delicious. The elders went for a sharing platter (kemences pecsenyetal); unfortunately the meat was overcooked and dry... So they took it home and smothered it in chutney. The other poultry dishes were absolutely fine. All in all we had a good time and we'll happily go back to try out...

Big disappointment this time. First, I had to show the selected meal in the menu for the waiter, since he didn't know what is it. Second, we moved inside and waiter couldn't find us. We were next to the entrance., so clearly visible. Then mixed up the ordered meal, had to wait to get the 2 person plate for another half an hour, so half of the family finished their meal before other half even started. And icing on the cake: potato was cold, meat was tasteless, and bacon was too salty. Last time our experience was spectacular, this time was way below average... Definitely need new waiter and chef.

Update: gave another try but it was more disappointing than last time. Elder waiter forgot to request for the order, tiramisu was undoubtly not fresh....

Pizzát rendeltem "bár ne tettem volna" Pármai sonkás pizzát kértem, a tészta nyers volt, a parmezán sajtot még nyomokban is alig, koktél paradicsomot pedig egyáltalán nem látott.... Helyette viszont volt rajta, újjnyi vastagagagon, igénytelenül rá okádott, normal, ízetlen paradicsom.... A pizzát elvitelre kértem, természetesen egy pizzát nem szállítanak ki, ezért érte mentem,"ez meg nem is okozott akkora problémát, pár utcával odébb lakok," az étteremben, nyomott hangulatú, köszönni nem tudó, társaság fogadott/már itt volt sejtésem, hogy rossz helyről rendeletem.... Hazaérve, szembesültem az igénytelenül megsütött és még igenytelenebbül őszedobott pizzával... Természetesen felhívtam az éttermet, ahol enyhén szólva is flegmán elmagyarazta a tulajdonos, hogy nem volt koktél paradicsom ezért (hányták, rá a normál paradicsomot), a pizza tészta pedig szerinte tökéletes és én nem ettem vagy ehettem még nápolyi pizzát....... Természetesen felajanlotta, hogy sütnek egy másikat, amivel én ezek után nem kívántam élni, ebből a fajta "szerinte tökéletesen át sütött nápolyi" pizzából nekem egy életére elég volt ez az egy is ....... És mindezért a gusztustalanul össze moslékolt félig sütött pizzáért...
