Vadaskert Vendéglő Kávézó — Restaurant in Hajdúszoboszlói járás

We visited Vedaskert on July 31, 2025. A family of 2+2. The owner was very nice, helpful, and spoke English well. She personally took an interest in every table. We arrived just before closing time, but we were still served. The food was very delicious and elegantly presented. The ingredients were fresh and very good. The burger I ordered won an award in 2024. The award was well deserved because the food was really delicious. My wife ordered free-range chicken breast and salad. It was well cooked, juicy, and very tasty. The children ordered chicken tenderloins. They were also very tasty. We also had a jug of raspberry lemonade. The lemonade was sweet, refreshing, just as it should be. All this cost about 20,000 forints. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly and excellent. When we approached we thought it was a destitute place, but boy were we in for a surprise. The atmosphere was amazing. They have like their own little zoo, with a huge yard for kids to play. The food was exquisite. I had the duck and my friend had the burger. They were both absolutely fantastic. I’m not talking ‘good’ food, I’m talking some Michelin level stuff. I’ve eaten in Michelin restaurants, and this is near the top in terms of food taste. The serving was friendly and the hostess speaks English very well.

There’s no better place to eat in Hajdu. If you have kids it’s not even a choice, this is the restaurant for you.
