I booked a twin room with usual ensuite shower etc, satellite channels ,towels and linen, online. On arrival we were given a room with a double bed, when it was pointed out a twin had been booked we were given another room which had a double bed and a single. No towels, so took the two small ones from the room we'd originally been allocated.TV remote only had one battery , even with two new ones it didn't work so channel selector on TV used. For dinner I ordered a meat dish from the menu ,after a few minutes a card was put on the table advising that this dish was 1kHUF dearer than stated on the menu....not a great sum ,but that's not the point.We were told this room faced the road so was a bit noisy, we slept with the window ( which had no blind ) closed ,I slept my companion didn't. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty.||Of the two staff we dealt with ,one was friendly and obliging ,the other opposite.||My companion spoke Hungarian, me German...on leaving , my bill was reduced following our complaints.||If visiting Köszég by car , be careful where you park...I incurred a 1500HUF penalty as I didn't spot the...

Chose this place as the price was one of the lowest advertised and it was rated 3rd out of 5. Quite far out of town (about 5km) but handy if you are travelling by car. There is a large car park so no problem parking. The keys needed a bit of jiggling to get into the lock. Maybe the rooms vary greatly but mine was pretty poor. Dents in the door, stains on the floor and floor tiles chipped in the bathroom. The towel provided was small and there was no working light in the bathroom. The shared balcony with the next room was a little unusual and made me uneasy as the lock and window for the balcony were pretty makeshift. In summary, good for a stopover but don't...

A szobák felszereltsége ennyi pénzért kiemelkedő volt (működő sikkepernyős televízió, hűtő, stb) Az ételemben egy hangya mászkált ami szerintem még Kínában is GÁÁÁÁÁZ🤮🤢🤮🤮🤢🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢 Az ételek elfogadhatatlan minőségűek voltak (porleves, mirelit ételek, teás cukor). Ez felháborító hogy a gyerekeket ilyen minőségű ételekkel etetik. Este 10 órakor nem volt melegvíz a zuhanyzoban ami szintén nevetséges Az ablakban 2 éve megszáradt poloskák voltak amik majdnem beestek az ablakon A hintaágy rossz állapota sérülést okozott az egyik vendégnek . Az olvasó lámpák olyan szinten minoségtelenek hogy 5 perc után harmad fokú égetési sérülést tud okozni (nem mellesleg 500ft egy LED izzó) A WIFI hálózatnak nincsen jelszava ezáltal nem biztonságos, kicsit félö rácsatlakozni, illetve csiga lassú egy 1MB os kép betöltése percekig tart

A tetöablakok minősége viszont megfelelő volt és egyes helyeken látszik a pár éve történt felujitás.Ennyi pénzért nagyon megérné ha ezek a kellemetlenségek nem lennének, de ezekkel a problémákkal együtt nem tudom ajánlani. Ennyi pénzért a szobák, az ágyak teljesen jók voltak.

Egy éjszakára megaludni végülis teljes mértékben okés (pld. Osztály kirándulásra, motorkerékpáros turáknál megállora)
