KFC Siófok M7 DT — Restaurant in Siófoki járás

The worst experience of a kfc ever. I love KFC and is my choise for fast food hands down. However when I went in hungry for a quick bite there was a queue nothing worse than I have seen before, though. First thing was there was no one to take orders, only ordering terminals, when you placed your order no recipe was provided by the machine as it seems it was out of paper. Some people were complaining and after 10 min someone came to do their job finally. After a few minutes on display it shows my order is being packed, however looking into the kitchen it doesn't look like it. There is one person who looks like he doesn't have any order to be working there. At this time me and other costumers have been waiting for 10 min, the guy is playing with the order screen, and max I doing 1 order at once, and extremely slowly, drive tru orders are being handled, order made after us are being given out, but nothing is being said about ours. After 25 minutes of waiting and others that ordered after me an people that ordered about the same time, I ask where my order is, only to get growled a that they're out of meat, I can only wait as I have already paid. Total wait time for me to get my food 39 minutes. No excuses from they staff, no complementary anything, nothing. Total waste of time, freezing my balls off as they also decided that the ac would be nice on full blast 15c.

NEVER AGAIN TO...

I stopped by at this KFC at least 10 times in the last several years because of its convenient access from the motorway toward and from Budapest. Also, it’s among the few things open off-season in Siófok. It has somewhat clean toilet and no frill menus as what you could expect from a regular KFC.

But the last time I was there, I came pretty late (around 21) and from the outside, the place looked deserted. I had to double checked with the staffs that they’re still opened. So, as usual I ordered from the self-service machine, went to the toilet, and waited. More than 10 minutes later, one of the staffs approached me and told me in her limited English that they don’t have fried chicken anymore!!! Well, never expected this from a KFC! She offered me chicken wings instead, so I agreed even though I should have asked for part of my money back since the menu was much cheaper than what I had paid. But I had worked in a fast food restaurant before and I didn’t want to be the guy who makes a fuss on the last hour before they closed. I ate my wings surrounded by the staffs cleaning up and putting the chairs up even though it was only 21:20.

During the trip we stopped here because we like KFC very much. The place is very well marked, so you will find it very quickly. It has few parking spaces, so e.g. you will not find a place to park at lunch time. The staff speaks very poorly in a language other than Hungarian. We didn't even get everything we wanted. We communicated with the staff in English. Some dishes were not on the menu at all. The preparation of the ordered food took almost three times as much as in other KFC facilities that we have already visited. At the time of our visit, approx. 8 customers. When making a complaint about the order, I noticed that even the operations manager has a problem reading in the cash register. He handled the complaint very reluctantly. He literally beat me with the words that I should stand at the end of the board and order what I am missing. As you can see in the photo, the toilet was unmaintained, the floor was dirty and soap was missing for washing hands. I do not recommend a visit to this KFC. If you can,...
