We had the degustation menu with the wine selection and the cheese plate at the end.

Lets just say the foods were excellent and the chef brought us on an amazing journey with the dishes. The quality and taste of the foods were astonishing.

The owner greeted us personally with the house’ own elderflower sparkling wine which is amazing. But every waiter was amazing and you really felt welcomed. They really know their things and they also answered all our questions regarding the food (if what we experienced tastewise on the ingredients were correct or not).

I would like to thank everyone’s performance and work yesterday, because what we had as an experience is something truly out of this world.

For me the best courses were the soup, the lecsó and the tokhal. These 3 set the bar so high, nobody will top them for many years.

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Kabala over the weekend, and it was truly a memorable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, and the level of service exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary drink and treated with genuine care and courtesy throughout our stay.

One of the highlights for me was the breakfast, it was easily my favorite part of the trip. Each morning began with beautifully prepared, flavorful dishes that made our visit to Lake Balaton even more enjoyable.

We visited Villa Kabala's restaurant on a march evening just before easter. We where in for a real treat. They let us stay on their porch to enjoy the sunset over lake Balaton. Their had written the days menu in english just for us, as they knew we where coming that evening. We where the only guests this evening, but it was a great experience, and they made us feel very much at home. Everyone was so genuine, helpfull and laid-back. The food is a story for itself, a fine dining experience in a homely environment. It was delicious and beautifully made. I would recommend everyone paying a visit to Villa Kabala when in the area.
