Burger King Tatabánya — Restaurant in Tatabányai járás

I stopped in this Burger King while driving across Europe. While there I took my bag into the restaurant because it was too important to leave in the car. It contained my passport, car documents, driving licence, laptop computer, hiking GPS, my prized binoculars (Nikon HG-L 8x32), my wallet with cards, and 400 euros of cash.

I forgot it under the table when I left.

Two hours later I received an email in excellent English from Emília, manager at this restaurant. She had my bag and even found a way to contact me! She promised to keep it safe until I collected it … and some hours later I got my bag again with everything in it. Outstanding service!

PLEASE CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU DELIVER. Ordered today 2 veg whopper and 1 *20 spicy checken nuggets. At the delivery 1 burger was missing. This is not good please triple check the orders taken.

Edit (reply) - couple of weeks back I have been to same BK again there was another little girl at the billing counter, she was not only nice and kind but also spoke to customer with respect. She also double checked my order made sure all in the bag. I don't know her name but I told her " you are very kind person ever seen in BK". Appreciate good service. -Very long waiting even if the number of people entering was not very high -One employee missed the hygiene course probably, she let a plate with fries fall on the ground, then put it back and kept the same paper on it (which is dirty), she picked some of the fries on the ground by hand and then served new fries to the customer without washing her hands and she also kept the plate paper that touched the floor...
