Wow. This place blew us away. We did not get coffee and breakfast at the hotel, so on our journey from Laugarbakki to Snaefellsnes Peninsula we decided to stop here based on great reviews. It was a great decision. This place may look small on the outside, but inside it is bigger than you think and very cozy with many plants, brochures, figurines, classic music playing over radio, and a clean bathroom. The owner is very nice and will give you advice on the journey to Snaefellsnes and the roads to take. We had the Americano coffee, the Happy Wedding Cake, and the Chocolate Pie (fudge). Everything we had was delightful. The coffee was the best I’ve had so far on our trip, and we finished every bite of both desserts. Both desserts came with thick and rich whipped cream sourced from local farms and the coffee came with cream of the same top quality. There’s even a horse farm right next to the building if you want to see Icelandic horses up close. Overall, this place is a must stop if you are hungry or thirsty traveling to the very west of Iceland. I highly recommend...

Wonderful coffee shop at the entrance to the West Fjords. The owner was very friendly and helped us out when the international plan on my phone suddenly stopped working. They have free wifi (ask for the password) and a bathroom for customers (250k if you're not purchasing anything). The inside is very cozy and full of plants, which I wasn't expecting based on the exterior. The vanilla latte with oat milk was the best coffee I've had in a long time and certainly the best I've had on my vacation. It was a perfect blend of coffee, flavoring, and milk and not a "candy...

I recently visited this delightful café and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax. The coffee was exceptional, rich and aromatic, brewed to perfection. The cake was a delightful treat, moist and bursting with flavor, clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The owner was very friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great coffee...

Always a couple of really god home made cakes, nice coffees and god range of teas - lots of handicraft and a lovely owner ( sometime opens a few hour before 11 am)
