Vök Bistro — Restaurant in undefined

I gave a second chance for this place, but no more. First the waitress didn't want to give a seat for me at the bar area where other people were eating, so she needed to ask her supervisor, while I was waiting I said that most of the bar seats were free, and half meter from her. She said she needs to put my order on a table, to find me but this is a small bistro with 20 seats and a bar seat is 1 meter from her. I asked about the pescatarian option she said the Vegan soup and some salad with some veggie stick but she couldn’t tell me whats kind of stick she is talking about. Last time the vegetarian option was some deep-fried stick what you can buy in Netto supermarket as well with a rude service, now I got a Lobster soup for 2.790 without lobster inside without service! It was some creamy soup, and I can’t believe that they this lobster soup. When I asked the waitress where is the lobster from the soup she said they are not using lobster and she does not work in the kitchen so she don’t know. 🤯🤯 What? She serves but dont know how the food made and what they are suing inside? It is just insane!! Of course the server mentioned, that I can take maximum 2 slice of bread, not more! The staff was untrained, uninformed and rude. This place is a joke, and I really not...

Chicken Bao 3750 ISK I have no idea why this restaurant has so high ratings?? NO sercive! Two tiny chicken pieces. Several white pieces with no taste bit like marshmallows / very strange. You couldn’t eat it and the waiter was not interested - the worst experience in Iceland so far…. Attached a photo of my leftover...

Food and view were great; modern and still cozy. Service was poor - no one available to take orders. Once we ordered, only done of the food was brought out. Had to go find someone again to get the rest of the order because they'd forgotten. I expected better service for how nice the facility...
