12 to 12 Barbeque Samkranthi — Restaurant in undefined

It's a small franchise, of famous 12 to 12 bbq restaurant, at Kottayam. Went there for having dinner with my friends at around 7:30 p.m. We were the first members for dinner. Small area on first floor of the building, which was well lighted. There was no music to improve the ambience, but sound from nearby road and religious places where disturbing.🙄 Comparing with original restuarant, it's a small one, but had almost all the items what they had in main restuarant. 👍🏽 But, I thought it's taste won't be that great, since the chef was different. They attended us quickly and politely and took our order. We ordered chicken lollipop as starter, which was delicious and had around 6 to 8 big pieces.☺️ Then we ordered barbecue chicken, chicken tikka masala, Kerala paratha and romali roti. They have given this order without much delay. Barbecue chicken, mayonnaise, chicken tikka masala were all good and delicious, but their Kerala parotta was below average. We also order fresh lime and pineapple lime, which was not so bad. Overall we can try this restaurant once, and my rating for this restaurant...

"I recently ordered the chicken bar bque from 12 to 12 Express, and it was a terrible experience. The chicken barbecue tasted very poor—no salt, no flavor. It was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and I believe it could even lead to health issues.

The manager at this branch was very rude and insisted that the chicken was good despite my clear dissatisfaction. The communication with customers needs improvement. Given the poor quality and service, I strongly suggest replacing the manager in this position. Overall, a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this shop."

I got down from my scooty after parking it and faced the counter to ask if there was G-pay. They said yes. And so, I decided to have food there. The shawarma meat was getting roasted out in the open. When asked if there was a place to sit and have food, they guided me inside. A simple bench and desk in a modern setting was presented before me. There was no separate washroom, however I had handwash. I ordered barbeque. The order was delivered in 5 or 6 minutes. Pretty fast for a restaurant. I had the food with quboos and the Mayo.
