I had a disappointing experience today. Despite placing a takeaway order and receiving the bill at 9:25 PM, the food delivery was extremely delayed. I’ve been waiting for more than an hour, which is unacceptable for a takeaway service.

There was: • No update or proper communication from the staff • No apology or explanation for the delay • No sense of urgency, even after multiple follow-ups

I hope the management takes this seriously and improves: • Timely delivery • Customer communication • Service responsibility, especially during peak hours
